Recruiting Victory was founded by a former Division 1 student-athlete who experienced the challenges of college recruiting firsthand. Our mission is to make the recruiting process simple, strategic, and stress-free for high school athletes and their families.

What started as a personal journey to navigate college recruiting has grown into a mentorship program that’s helped student-athletes across the country connect with college coaches, earn offers, and commit to schools that fit both their athletic and academic goals.
