Hi, I’m Kalista Villatoro— a Division 1 track & field athlete at Yale, a student, and the founder of Recruiting Victory.
I created this mentorship program because I know firsthand how overwhelming the college recruiting process can be. As a high school athlete, I didn’t have a personal guide or clear roadmap — just a dream and a drive to make it happen. Through trial, error, and hours of research, I learned how to take control of my recruiting journey and landed 5 Division 1 offers, ultimately accepting a spot on a top-tier team at an Ivy League university.
Now, I’m here to help you do the same — but without the guesswork.
Through Recruiting Victory, I’ve worked with dozens of student-athletes across the country, helping them confidently navigate recruiting, connect with college coaches, and commit to schools that fit both their athletic goals and academic dreams.
